• Hi. some free apps or programming have built in rewind, etc. But some are better - or more limited.

• The Roku device will allow you to load apps to include those with live TV options. If you subscribe to a live TV app, you should be able to load it on the Roku and use that apps rewind, fast forward, DVR, and other functions.
