• Go To the Roku web site and it gives you the answers. Probally wont help. when the remote stops working the stick becomes useless. The Roku Express can be controlled with a phone app. Thats what I use now and they are cheaper. But give the Roku site a try and search youtube for Roku remote control reset procedures.
