• Yes it does. I am a prime member and I use Roku express to stream all my prime videos. I don't have the Fire Stick so I'm not sure about the benefits. However, I am a Roku fan and own at least 3 Roku devices including one which I can hook up to a very old television. Hope this helps.

• The Roku remote actually has an Amazon button on it, so I think you would be fine. It also has a Netflix and Hulu and sling button. I love the Roku

• Yes. Amazon Prime should be pre-loaded.
