“I subscribed to Spectrum TV & channels like TLC are not on the "On Demand" when I check it on my channel line-ups on my tv that is connected to the Spectrum cable box. However on my other TVs with Roku Express, the TLC shows "On Demand". Why? HELP!”

• Those limitations are the result of your providers arrangement with the network, they have little to do with what device is being used.

• Because the option is not up to Spectrum it is a chose made by TLC. They make money if you watch it on their site from advertising, that would be like giving away money. I would guess Spectrum pays a fee to have the others on Demand or it's in their contract.
