Please try again later.Call Roku and explain that when plugged into ur tv, no Downloadable signal to ur Roku for sign on- seems like an issue with the Roku or one of the cables connecting to the Roku. They should have offered to send replacement cable/Roku, 4 yrs ago atleast.
