Unit may not be compatible with all system voice program. You need to check setting on your tv. Some mfg have there own hub.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Express does not have voice command capability. I also have a streaming stick plus which does have voice command capability. It allows you to power your TV on and off and has 4K capability. The biggest drawback I see with streaming is if you paid money to buy a TV with a 120 or 240 refresh rate it goes to waste when streaming as streaming only goes to 60 hz so does not catch the fast action sports motion as well. Even though streaming stick plus has voice command, it does not work to select a channel within the Xfinity app. You have to search manually or set up a list of favorite channels within Xfinity.
