• Yes. I have the Streambar and you can power a TV on and off and adjust volume with the remote.

• Yes, it powers off and on by the red button on top. No need to use any other remotes (unless you want to adjust color, etc, which needs your TV remote to do that.) I also need my TV remote to set the timer on it as you can't do that on your Roku.

• Yes, they all turn your TV off and on with the red button on top. And you can pair two Roku remotes. That is what I did. I paired the new one on my streambar (which has a mute button) and I paired the old Ultra remote as well for convenience.
