Verify you have it connected to the correct input that you're viewing on screen. If nothing shows up after a few minutes, take it back and exchange it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may have to change the input on your TV. My cable is on HV1 and my Roku is on HV2. I have to use my regular TV control to change the input. You will have to change it back when you want to watch regular TV. Hope this will help you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mona, I had the same issue at first. I forgot to change the source on my tv to read the port my Roku was plugged into. Maybe this will fix your problem.
