As long as you have an internet connection you should be able to use it.

Yes, if you have internet service and a wireless network in your motor home, or a cellphone hotspot for wi-fi.

You need a WiFi connection to stream with it.

If you intend to stream with it, you will need an internet connection. I'm not sure if you can use your phone as a hotspot and stream that way.

Roku works on WiFi, so if you have WiFi at the beach, yes it will work.

If you have internet access. Check with Roku customer service but I love mine. If you have a data Data planthat picks up the internet in that location. Most likely.
