Can I use this with my Plasma TV if it is not a SmartTV? null

It doesn't matter what TV it is, as long as there is an HDMI port available. It plugs into the available HDMI port.

I am using the Roku with an older Insignia 1080P TV from around 2009. It is not a smart TV, but it does have an HDMI input. The Roku has worked flawlessly with my TV.

Yes, all you need is an HDMI slot on the back of the TV.
