• Like others have said they can NOT be reassigned. However, you can move the app tiles on the Home Screen so that your favorites are at the top. That way you don’t have scroll down through all the other apps to get to your favorites.

• I think the Roku Ultra is the only one that has 2 favorite buttons (1 & 2). Don't know if you could change the factory setup 4 favorite buttons. If I want some other favorites, I use the voice button.

• No. They are preprogrammed to Netflix, ESPN+, hulu and sling.
