No since audio is controlled by the remote device. When the Roku remote device is turned on, this disables your channel viewing via the antenna and gives control of your TV set to the Roku remote device. Only when you choose one of the Roku streaming apps available to you from your remote device that you have downloaded to your Roku account will you be able to hear audio related to that streaming app.
