“We purchased Roku 4K with voice stick. I cannot get any sound. Roku was not helpful at all. I have confirmed volume is up on stick and tv. Confirmed correct audio settings. Any ideas?”

• Try removing batteries from the remote and reinstall.

• Maybe plug the audio plug into the earphones Jack in the TV
