• Hi Mjack59! In order to use the universal TV controls built into the Roku Voice remote you would need to have it paired with the Roku Streaming Stick+ Headphone Edition. When paired with the Streaming Stick+ Headphone Edition, the Roku Voice remote will allow you to control TV functions for; power, volume and mute without being 'line-of-sight' to the TV.
