Yes. As long as there is a USB or HDMI port. I believe Roku will send you a free adapter if neeeded. Saw it in the set-up guide but I didn't need it so can't exactly recall.

Yes. Roku sticks work with pretty much any modern TV (built in the last few years) as long as it has an HDMI input (required for HD anyway) and a USB connector from where it draws power. If there is no USB connector you can plug it to the AC outlet with the included adapter.
