• Yes. You just log in with same information as the previous stick. It's that simple.

• Absolutely. The setup process will have you login and all of your apps\settings will transfer. You might be prompted to login to specific apps. Upon login, you can go to your dashboard and delete any devices that don't work or that you want to disable as well.
