Hello Bookwoman47, Roku devices work on any TV with an HDMI port, as for the Dish that's completely separate from Roku and would be a different input on your TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your TV has an HDMI port it should work you also need a sufficiently powered USB port in the back of your TV. I suspect you'd be better off with the regular Roku Streaming Stick model 3840R which plugs into the wall instead of your TV. Also since your TV probably doesn't get 4K this would be overkill. I would get the lesser model. Dish shouldn't have anything to do with it.
