I'm not sure how to go about using the warranty. With reference to the remote holding a charge, use the alkaline batteries for a longer charge hold. Initially, I was not, and I was continuously having to change the batteries. However, after I switched to using the alkaline batteries, the charge holds much longer. Give it a try.

I’d start by contacting Roku Support through their website and submitting a warranty claim — they’ll usually ask for the serial number and proof of purchase. Before you do that, a few quick things to try: • Restart the Roku device (Settings > System > Power > System restart). • Re-pair the remote (hold the pairing button inside the battery compartment for 5+ seconds). • Try a different USB cable/charging brick — sometimes it’s the charger, not the remote. • Fully drain the remote, then charge it to 100% uninterrupted. • If it’s a rechargeable Voice Remote Pro, make sure it’s updated (remote updates happen automatically when paired). If only the power button works, it could be a pairing issue or the remote firmware glitching — but if it won’t hold a charge, that’s more likely a battery defect and worth a warranty replacement.
