• I'm not sure, but if you can, you will reach your 10GB limit in no time streaming HD videos, especially movies with high quality sound. Home Wi-Fi (without data limits) is best.

• Yes but it will burn up your 10g really quick and it will run super slow if there are multiple devices using the wifi
