• Did you enter it when you were signing up for HBO Now, Showtime, AmazonPrime or another streaming app? If so, you may have to go to your account for whichever one you signed up for to cancel your monthly payment. Otherwise, you should be able to edit or remove the payment information from the main menu just go to your account info and edit or delete. I hope this helped.
