Nope...that would have to be Miracast function from Windows 8.1 or android device, I own Google Chromcast, it can do that function from Most version of Windows

Does your computer have an HDMI port and does your TV have an HDMI port? If so, you can connect your computer via HDMI cable to your TV and use it as a monitor.

Yes you have to create a private channel on roku. Its not for beginners.
