• Don't think so. Chromecast may work better for what your wanting.

• The miracst function on the Roku Stick is very un-stable at best, it seems like it's in Beta-programming test stages...so far they've updated the software, but still pretty much useless for casting

• yes, on your settings there is an option to cast or "mirror" and the roku should come up on the list, make sure your on wifi!
