• This is a yes and no. I use mine by way of casting from my phone. I don't have internet and still use this to show what on my phone into the TV. I watch YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Video. Anything that you can see on your phone as long as it has screen cast. I use Samsung note 8 and 9s
