Will the roku ultra work with a tv that is not 4K? null

Yes it works great on our non 4k tv!

Yes it sure will. We got a Samsung TV Black Friday in 2017 that was not a 4K and are waiting a few more years to upgrade again. We use a Roku Ultra with it. Still excellent HD picture.

It certainly will and you can still utilize any of the 4k channels. You just won't get all the rich colors and such. IMO, on our non-4k tv, it still looks sharp.
