Other than power and HDMI yes. Will connect wirelessly to internet.

The Ultimate ROKU we got hooks up to the internet wirelessly or by connecting it to your modum/router (or router nodes) with a Ethernet cable. The ROKU is connected to the TV using an HDMI cable. It's a good system that gives the viewer greater control over there viewing pleasure.

You need an HDMI cable from it to your TV but it is Wi-Fi capable for your internet
