• Headphones will only work with what is playing on the Roku itself. Audio from the TV will not be sent to the Roku. You can have multiple Roku's on your account

• Why 2 Roku's on one TV? You can have more than one Roku in the house. So Roku 1 in the Den and Roku 2 in the Kitchen
