Hi dckmatrix! If your computer monitor has an HDMI input you can use a Roku Ultra with it. Keep in mind that most monitors do not have speakers built in and you would need external speakers to hear the audio from content your streaming. In addition, to enjoy 4K content your monitor would need to have an HDMI 2.0 input that supports HDCP 2.2. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your computer is connected to the internet, you can download the Roku app to your computer and then sign into your account directly with the pc. You have similar options on your smart phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ideally, your monitor should have at least two HDMI inputs so you can switch between your computer and your Roku Ultra. I have used a similar setup in the past with an external HDMI switcher and the Roku worked fine.
