No, there is no mini SD slot. However, there is a USB 3.0 port (the previous model has a USB 2.0 port).

Solomom, No the new version doesn't, the 2019 that is still available does. The reason the new version has more internal memory so it doesn't need the MicroSD slot. In the past that memory card slot was used to store channels to increase load times. Not for recording programs. With the increased internal memory it isn't needed anymore. The new Ultra also added Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos plus increased wireless performance
