Hi John! Yes, local channels (ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, etc...) can be accessed via a paid subscription service such as Hulu+Live TV, Fubo TV, and DirecTV Stream to name a few. In some cases, depending on the market, local affiliates have their own independent News Channels available on Roku.
