“I have a Roku streaming stick. The remote on/off button does not work and I can only control sound bar volume. Should I get a new Ultra or try to get the old remote working? I just purchased a 2021 4K Samsung 55" TV.”

Should go to setting and putting name brand of your tv might help. It does not work with receivers I have to manually turn receiver on an off. It works for turning tv on and off and for TV volume. I have Sony TV
