Is the supplied HDMI cable 2.1 8K? null

Hdmi is hdmi But to answer the question The cabling is moot. Depending on your connection (connecting to HT receiver or directly to TV) if your connections support the faster HDMI protocol it will adjust accordingly You can adjust the 2.1 vs 2.2 settings on the roku

Roku says the Ultra comes with a "Premium High Speed HDMI® Cable." It doesn't specify further, but I'm guessing that it supports at least the April 2015 HDMI 2.0(a) spec which supports HDR in addition to 4K/60fps.
