“I want to love this. But the water keeps dropping out of the head and burning me. And the machine is making bubbling noises. I even have the steam bonnet on and it’s still dripping out and all over my clothes. Is there a way to stop this ?”

Hello Andie, we are terribly sorry to hear that you are experiencing some difficulties! When this occurs, there can potentially be condensation in the house. We would suggest never using the steam head in a horizontal position. Instead, hold the hose in a vertically outstretched position and wait for the condensed water to return to the steamer.
