I have everything hooked up correctly (as far as I can tell) and followed directions. All I keep getting is a “no video signal” warning on the screen. Cannot get the VHS to show up on the program screen, let alone have it playing. Any suggestions? Help!!! null

Make sure your plugged into a USB 2.0 port. I got the same error until I plugged into a 2.0 USB port.

I have Sony VHS VCR and RGB cables that I connected to the Easy VHS to DVD 3+ connector supplied in the box. I connected the other end to the USB connector on my laptop. Then, I started the program and used the "Record, Edit and Save" button on the right side. Then, I pressed the PLAY button on Sony VCR. The video showed up.

Turning on the “Allow desktop apps to access your camera” setting in the camera privacy settings as suggested in the KB https://kb.corel.com/126901 was the secret to success for me. Even though it is a desktop computer, the app still needs the permission.

This is the exact same problem I experienced. I have a desktop pc. I am still searching for something that will work with my computer.
