“audio does not work after the transfer and viewing it on the Mac....what can I do to correct this ?”

• You need to replace your audio cords, or make sure they are inserted all the way in, on both your source machine and the connection to you VHS to Digital cords. Also you may go to the top of your Mac computer and look for the speaker icon and make sure that is turn up. When you are doing the transfer you should hear sound. If that doesn’t work Roxie has telephone Tech support. I hope that helps you.
