• Yes, I have Catalina 10.15.4 which is 64 bit and the current Roxio version that I just bought works fine.

• The highest OSX I loaded the application to is High Sierra so I can't say if it works with Catalina. However, the app did flash a message to me when I loaded it that the mac had to download some extra information that I assume was a driver to make it work with High Sierra. I hope this helps if you are trying to decide if you would buy this.
