• It shows a small email, txt, or triangle in the clear area. To get the details for the logos you must open the cover & drag down top area.

• Its only for answering calls and music control as far as I know.. if you play music swipe across the area to change to the controls.

• Just tap the icon for email, text, etc., that you see through the window -- then open the case. You will go directly to the messages that you selected by tapping the icon.
