Why does Best Buy not shout this feature from the rooftops?!”

We asked the same question. Local store doesn't know why. Hubby and I both have Galaxy S 5's. We love our phones. Everyone is trying to get us to trade in for new. Won't do it. Besides, they'don't go out of business if they did.
