It comes with a disc for the ps4, that when you put it in the ps5 allows you to unlock and download the ps5 version free. You will always have to put the ps4 disc in the ps5 when you play it on ps5 though. And yes it includes a small plush sackboy as well as an art book

Also comes with a small Sackboy plushie. There’s a physical hardcover art book included as well as some downloadable digital items. Definitely worth the price! Great game, excellent packaging and fun extras!
