The adhesive on the Safety 1st OutSmart Lever Lock is designed to attach to the door and be removed after use without causing damage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this has a very very strong bond. the removal is easy with a hair dryer and some force to pull it off. it does leave stick residue that is near impossible to get off. lots of hair dryer and a wet cloth over and over.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think it does, but we haven't pulled any of ours off yet, so I'm not sure. My boyfriend told me when he was installing them that you only have one chance to get it on correctly. I think because if you don't do it right the first time, it may have something that you pull down (like on command strips, though we had a command strip take paint off our wall!), and then it no longer becomes usable. Hope this helps.
