Q: QuestionCurrently using Sage 50 Quantum Accounting 2015, will I be able to convert that data into Sage 50 Premium Accounting 2024?

• A:Answer Hi AM! Sage 50 data can convert from the previous 6 versions. EXAMPLE: Version 2024 can convert from versions 2023 back to 2018. NOTE: Sage Expert Services (SES) can assist with converting your data from Sage 50 2017 or older versions (formerly Peachtree). There is a fee for SES Services. • A:Answer Hi Albert! Yes, you can convert QuickBooks data into Sage 50—U.S. Edition provided certain conditions have been met. The conversion process in Sage 50 can convert QuickBooks data from up to three years previous. Sage 50 will convert most lists and transactions in QuickBooks to the Sage 50 format, depending on your choices during the conversion wizard. Items that are converted to Sage 50 include: Company name and information Chart of Accounts and current balances for each account Vendor records and current open balance Customer records and current open balance Customer sales taxes Inventory items Job records Transactions that are converted to Sage 50 include: Quotes Sales Orders Sales Invoices Receipts Deposits Customer Credit Memos Purchase Orders Receive Inventory Vendor Credit Memos Item Receipts General Journal entries Inventory Adjustments Vendor Payments Note that Payroll and Bank Reconciliation information are not converted. Q: QuestionI am currently using Sage 50 Premium Accounting 2023. If I purchase this 2024 version can I download this version & still keep my company history in tact? To upgrade directly with Sage is showing a much higher cost than what you are offering.
