The conversion process in Sage 50 can convert QuickBooks data from up to three years previous. Sage 50 will convert most lists and transactions in QuickBooks to the Sage 50 format, depending on your choices during the conversion wizard. Items that are converted to Sage 50 include: Company name and information Chart of Accounts and current balances for each account Vendor records and current open balance Customer records and current open balance Customer sales taxes Inventory items Job records Transactions that are converted to Sage 50 include: Quotes Sales Orders Sales Invoices Receipts Deposits Customer Credit Memos Purchase Orders Receive Inventory Vendor Credit Memos Item Receipts General Journal entries Inventory Adjustments Vendor Payments Note that Payroll and Bank Reconciliation information are not converted.
