Hi Arceli! Yes, if you need to change computers, you can use the disc to download the program to the new computer. Please keep in mind, you can only download and use the software the number of time you have a license for. Example, if you have a 1 user license, you can only download and use the software on 1 computer at a time. So it is best to uninstall it from the computer you are no longer using.
