• There are 4 corners that the iPad clicks into. I have the version 6 as well and the case holds my iPad securely. . If your friend’s keeps falling out, I would suggest they either have a different version or ordered the wrong size.

• It did not work for my IPad Pro as advertised. It does not stay closed and does not lock the iPad. I returned it.
