Q: QuestionDoes it really put iPad 6 mini to sleep and wake up? Many iPads covers say they have that function , but it doesn’t work. Need a real answer please.

• A:Answer Yes, when the Pencil is attached to the iPad, it will charge. The flap used to secure the cover closed accommodates closing with or without the Pencil. I believe the 'holder' referred to is simply the flap closing over the Pencil. If the case is on but the cover open, the Pencil is just attached to the iPad like it would be without a case
