“Do these have glass or plastic that actual cover the phones glass lenses or just cut outs and only the raised area around the phone lenses are protected? Do you apply under or over a phone case?”

They sound like glass and feel like glass. Every cover I have does not go near or cover camera lens. I feel these give the 3 lens the protection they need if dropped or hit. They do not interfere with photos at all. These phones are too expensive to chance an accident. You protect everything else why not lens?
