QuestionHow does the arm assembly connect to the clamp? Does it screw on? Or does it just slide on, & count on gravity to hold it in place? I want to mount this A.) Upside down, clamped to an overhead shelf, or B.) Horizontal, on a flange on the wall.

QuestionIm assuming this would work with the samson G-Track pro or would it be too heavy

- Answer I have the G-Track Pro and the boom barely handles it. I have to tighten the threads A LOT and it feels like they're already getting stripped. I would recommend a heavier duty boom arm or stand.

If the threading on the microphone is too small, we would recommend using a 3/8 to 5/8 adapter. This will then allow it to fit on the boom arm.
