- Answer I’d suggest taking the microphone with you and checking with the clerk to determine which USB cable you need. If you are going to plug it into a laptop, check whether you need a USB-C or USB-A connection on the cable. Tell this info to the clerk and s/he will be able to show you the correct cable.

QuestionHello! I tried the email link for the free software, and received an error message. Is there an updated link? Additionally, when I went to register my product online I could not find the product number, or serial number. Just a place for S/N but no label

QuestionI used my new Meteor just a few times, and now it is not working at all. I have tried connecting to my MacBook, my I phone, and my PC. No blue light. Is it the cable? I don't know what to think.

- Answer My mike works fine. If you tried several different devices it must be the cable or the mike itself. Easiest thing is to try another cable and you will have your answer.

- Answer I am not doing that. The manual says this device can be used for Utube and other vidie voice. You have to set your mic to be the default in Windows 10

- Answer Hello, Thank you for contacting Samson Technologies. Unfortunately, this would not work in that fashion. USB microphones put out digital data that computers can translate. Mixers and interfaces cannot translate this data even with use of some sort of XLR adapter. We do have a variety of XLR microphones that are listed out at www.samsontech.com.
