Yes. It is a microphone, and used with the correct software and speakers, can be used quite effectively as a "voice amplifier." But like you said, it does not come equipped to be a stand-alone amplifier.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Using the USB 3.0 receiver and the included extension cable, I was able to use it with Streamlabs OBS and add filters. This allows me to use the mic when streaming content, in Zoom, or even project the voice through speakers that the computer might be paired with.
