• This adapter is for when you are traveling out of US. It does have a connector to use with European sockets. But if you are trying to use it with devices having european plugs then no it doesn't support that.

• This adaptor to convert from 220V to 110V, I don't think you can use it in the US! And it does have the US and European outlets. I hope this answer can help!
