- The converter is approximately 2-5/8" tall x 2-1/4" wide x 1-5/8" deep. - Since the converter has the round international plugs (not the flat blades the US uses) I have not had an opportunity to plug it into a 220/240V outlet to check any noise level. - For the adapters - they can be used without the converter. - One thing to note is if you have a grounded 3-plug power cord, you will need to have a 2-plug (male) to 3-plug (female) adapter since the converter and all the adapters only accommodate 2-plug power cords.
